Research on the Impact of Agricultural Financial Support on Agricultural Carbon Compensation Rate

Based on the consideration of dual attributes agricultural carbon emission and sink, this study measures compensation rate (ACCR) 31 provinces in China from 2006 to 2019, impact financial support ACCR its transmission mechanism are empirically analyzed using a spatial econometric model intermediary effect model. The results show that: (1) significant correlation between ACCR; (2) increased is conducive improvement (3) has most eastern region; (4) spillover but not significant; (5) technological progress variable that affecting ACCR. Therefore, it suggested promote reduction through collaboration, innovative mechanisms, implementation differentiated strategies, exerting radiation agriculture, pushing up level mechanization.
